Cancellation/Late Period Policy
What is Wild Honey’s Cancellation policy? We do require a credit card to hold your appointment and once an appointment is booked, that time is help specifically for you. We always look forward to seeing you at your appointment, but should you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to manage our staff’s schedules and offer the time to other clients on our waiting list. Please be aware that no-show and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged up to the full price of the booked service(s) to the credit card with which they were held. This fee compensates our dedicated Esthetician’s for the time that has been set aside specifically for you. All declined/failed credit card charges will result in client being required to pay up to the full balance for future appointments. If you are a member, or have purchased a pre-paid service or package, and cancel the same day or no-show, your spa credit may be partially, or fully redeemed for that day, depending on the service(s)/time reserved. We truly understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will always do our best to offer grace in the case of an emergency. Please note that we do track all late cancellations and no-shows to ensure our policy is not abused. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation when enforcing our studio policies, as we do our best to uphold the best possible experience for each and every one of our valued clients.
Late/Grace Period Policy: For all clients, we kindly ask that you give us a call if you know you are going to be over 5 minutes late for any waxing appointment, and 10 minutes or more, for any facial or laser service. We will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee your appointment beyond the outlined grace period. If you are a new client, you may choose to complete your intake form via text message, ahead of your appointment. No worries if it isn’t filled out prior, but in that case, we ask that you please plan on arriving about 10 minutes early to complete the intake process and get settled in for your upcoming treatment.
